Mission
Our mission was to spearhead registration and participation to connect students and employers for career advancements.
Collaborating with various university departments, we ensured all Rutgers students had the opportunity to attend fairs, network with employers, and meet their career goals.



Execution
Our strategy was to post content across all social media platforms with a consistent brand and visual identity to raise university-wide awareness about the Mega Fair and Virtual Fairs.
Alongside graphics created by our team, we produced "hype" videos set to trending audios, which led to increased engagement and higher participation rates for all the fairs.
